was established in August 1996 to render real estate services and brokerage such as selling, buying and leasing of real estate properties- lots, house & lots, condominiums, townhouses, commercial establishments and raw lands. Over decades of experience and expertise, the company has catered the low end to upscale market. For two (2) decades of experience in the real estate industry, we decided to venture into real estate developments that brought about the formation of the corporation, Winning Homes Realty and Development Corporation.
